We meet by the  Çemberlitaş/Burnt Column. Here, this little square is know as crossroads of less known stories and myths. Historic porfir column right in the middle of square has been extending to sky since thousand of years like spotter over hidden structures. It is like a memory of area. Your guide will brief buildings around and start the experience with a caravanserai near by. Here is used to be one of the first top luxury and well secured otel for western ambassadors and high ranked officers. One of its kind to talk how much value the diplomacy for Ottoman Dynasty.

Short walking through oldest book market to one of the oldest square of the city.   It had been city’s economic, social and cultural square up to 1960s, today facing to the beautiful Istanbul Uni crown gate. Decorated gate is a nice example from late Ottoman architecture.

After having some pictures and talks in relation to surroundings we will visit first grandest prince mosque and see the green column that was erected in the city center back then.  This is also the area to have a break for Boza drink. One can say the oldest energy drink when listen the story and benefits.  From here to one of the city’s iconic, Valens Roman aqueduct. It is like a necklace of historic peninsula between 2nd and 3rd hill. Even though some of its fragments are missing, the architectural magnificence is impressive. In the immediate vicinity, we stop by Unkapanı, where once the largest production companies were, the gate of fame. 

Time to across golden horn and explore the hidden new city. See neighborhoods where the city’s first Banks and insurance companies established. Nowadays some streets with their new transformations have been included in the living quarters. So We will bet you will come here again and again when we see some of the best gourmet places, street tastes, cafe bars – Restorants, local modern art gift shops at the free styled art streets. While walking along atmospheric backstreets We will take some interesting visits like underground mosque, roof-top russian church and much more before ending our daily experience.
